I'm so impressed with this establishment, I never write reviews, but the gentleman that helped me, Antonio was so respectful, I've never reported anything before. I didn't know what to expect I was embarrassed I was sad that I w a in rrhis position. He was so polite and he answered all my questions.\n And then I found out I walked in at closing time which I never would have known if I didn't look at the doors when I was walking out and happened to see that they closed it , and it's eight thirty I just left. he did not even mention or indicate that it was time for him to close,. Plus I feel like he honestly gave me a great price on everything. Good customer service is so rare nowadays.

First time in and will return - very good prices on fractional silver and low premiums on 1oz minted - was literally almost spot - for reference an Australian year of the snake 1oz silver round was $40 , spot is 39.14 today - an 86 cent premium on a capsules , minted silver is an incredibly good deal -

I normally don’t buy premium silvers as I’m stacker , but that close to spot for a beautiful piece is not only fair but generous , and customer service was professional, exceptional and polite

Sir, with all due respect, you were asking for $40 an ounce and market price is around $36 an ounce. Even as a gold and diamond dealer, when we sell silver we don’t get full market value. No one does. I’m not sure which market you’re shopping at, where we offered “$20 below market value”, but please let us know - we would love to go shopping there too.

Was driving by and figured I would stop by with some various rings and jewelry. Parked, had a quick smoke and walked up to the door literally one minute after closing today and the owner or worker couldn't be bothered. After seeing me first and nodding (in aknowlegement, one would think) I stood and waited about 5 minutes at the door as he went into the back with the drawer to count it and he came back and did the hand swiping across the neck motion (as in no more or closed I guess)...I then tried to ask "even for trades?" to which he did the same rude hand motion. Well this will be my first and last time trying to stop in as clearly business & customers aren't truley valued here. I understand that the drawer was counted and door locked but maybe at least see what I brought by; a quick trade or sale wouldn't hurt right? A minute past closing and this guy couldn't take off any quicker: I'm no expert by any means- but that is NOT how you run a buisness. 👎👎

Was in talks with them all morning about purchasing a welder, told them I was going to come after work to buy it and they sold it to someone behind my back! Horrible place to do business. Much better of going to Silas Deane pawn!
